When will my order ship?
All items will ship via FedEx. Monday through Friday, orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend and/or after 3:00 PM EST Friday will ship out the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not counted in ship time (i.e. orders placed using Overnight shipping on Friday will arrive Monday). What are the terms and conditions of the order process?
Merchandise ordered will begin production upon receipt of payment. The University of Phoenix Student Store accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. All transactions are secured with Verisign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect credit card information, but Corporate purchase orders are also accepted with established credit. Please contact us if you are interested in establishing an account.

What if I need a split shipment?
Simply make a note of the shipment requirements when checking out.

What if I need to change my order?
If there is a change to an order (increase or decrease in quantities, color choice or imprint), uophxstore will make every reasonable attempt to process the change. Please contact us immediately via e-mail or at 800-837-9525.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and processed, the customer is responsible for payment of the order, including shipping. Everything you buy at the University of Phoenix Student Store is guaranteed!

Excluding software purchases.

All merchandise is returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.

When you receive your order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, our vendor will exchange it or refund the full purchase price with appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
